My payment keeps getting rejected. What should I do?
If your credit card details are not being accepted in our shopping cart, please ensure that you are entering all of the information correctly.
Credit cards that we accept are: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and JCB
If you completed your order but then received a web page or an email stating that your payment was not accepted, it's likely that your credit card is not being allowed to process international transactions. Check with your credit card company. If this is the case, you can request the capacity for processing international transactions with your card while on the phone with them.
